All Parish Priests, Religious Superiors, and Lay Leaders,
The Annual Diocesan Assembly will be held from June 15-18, 2026 at the Aitape Pastoral Centre.
Theme: “Building Communion, Strengthening Mission”
Participants are requested to:
- Submit parish annual reports by May 31, 2026
- Send at least 2 lay representatives from each parish
- Prepare a 5-minute presentation on parish activities and challenges
Accommodation and meals will be provided at the Pastoral Centre. Travel assistance may be available for remote parishes — contact the Diocesan Secretary.
